For the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money. The room was beautifully designed with attention to every detail, and it was impeccably clean and quiet. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance to the harbor. The staff, especially Katia, was incredibly helpful in providing us with a dentist referral and ensuring my husband's toothache was taken care of promptly.
The breakfast menu could have had more variety or options to choose from. It would have been nice to have more choices to start the day off on a more exciting note.

This hotel in downtown Chania exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was incredible - we couldn't believe how affordable the prices were for such a central location in the city centre. The attention to detail was also impressive. The rooms with the little balcony were beautifully decorated and super clean. We loved sitting out on the gorgeous terrace, taking in the stunning views. And lastly, the breakfast with the fantastic view was a real highlight of our stay.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was simply superb.

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, so we were within walking distance of all the best restaurants and shops. Plus, we loved the fact that we were just a few blocks from the beach, which made it easy to take a quick dip whenever we wanted.
The noise level was unbearable. There were a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby that had outdoor seating, and the noise traveled up to our room all night long.

We couldn't have chosen a better location for our stay. This hotel was very close to the harbor and most of the places were easily accessible by foot or public transport. It was fully equipped with hotel facilities such as daily cleaning, free toiletries and hairdryer, and a mini-fridge. The staff was very helpful and even provided us with earplugs for a good night's sleep. The hotel was spotlessly clean and its vintage touch added to its charm.
Hard to think of anything.

The hotel is situated in a charming street, close to the bustling old harbor. the room was spacious and very clean, with a lovely Venetian marble bathroom. the friendly staff made our stay even more pleasant. the breakfast was delicious and hearty, served in a cozy café with a fantastic view of the harbor. it’s a great place to stay if you want to explore the city's historical center.
The coffee options were lacking, and it would have been better to have more variety.

We had a wonderful time at this charming hotel in the heart of the old town. The room was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Despite being in a central location, the double glazed windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the Venetian bay and the waterfront offered stunning sunset views. Although the room was small, it was perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff.
